About DBS Global University
DBS Global University, (formerly Doon Business School), established in 2008, is located in the serene foothills of the Himalayas at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The University is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 22 & 2(f) and is notified and listed by State Government of Uttarakhand under Uttarakhand Private University Act 2023 Section (7) Sub Section (1) and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

DBS Global University Application Process 2025
DBS Global University admission 2026 is open for various courses. The university offers UG, PG, Certificate, Diploma, courses in fields, such as Engineering, Management, Arts, etc. The selection criteria is a mix of entrance exams and merit-based depending on the courses. To get admitted to DBS Global University, candidates must meet the eligibility set by the university. Apart from the UG and PG courses, the university also offers a PhD programme. The application process at DBS Global University is conducted online.
For entrance-based admissions, students are selected based on the DBS University Entrance Examination and online interview. However, national-level entrance exam scores, such as JEE/ CAT/ XAT/ CUET, etc are also accepted for some of the course admissions, such as BTech, MBA etc.
The university selects candidates for PhD course admission based on PhD Entrance Test (PET) and an Interview, following UGC PhD guidelines. Candidates who have cleared the UGC NET entrance exam are exempted from the PET. However, students only have to appear for the interview.

The University have seven well-furnished and aesthetically designed residences which are constructed with a view to provide best possible facilities to the students. It provides a room with an attached bathroom / separate to the students with separate areas of residence for Males and Females.
