Instructions for Online Application
Step 1: Read the Programme Details
If you are applying for the first time, visit the Online Admission System, select your desired programme, and carefully read:
- Programme details
- Eligibility criteria
- Fee structure
- Duration
- Other important information
Applicants are advised to download and read the Common Prospectus before proceeding with the application.
Step 2: Register as a New User
Click New Registration and complete the registration process.
During registration:
- Use your own Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Both Email and Mobile Number will be verified through OTP.
- Username must contain 8–16 characters.
- Password must be alphanumeric and 8–16 characters long.
After entering all mandatory details, click Submit.
Your Username will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
Please keep your Username and Password safe for future login.
If you are already registered, simply click Login.
Important: Once your admission is confirmed, the uploaded photograph and signature become part of the University’s official records and cannot be changed.
Documents Required
Before filling the online application form, keep the following documents ready:
- Passport-size colour photograph with white background (JPEG, less than 100 KB)
- Signature (JPEG, less than 100 KB)
- Educational Qualification Certificates (JPEG/PDF, less than 200 KB)
- Experience Certificate, if applicable (JPEG/PDF, less than 200 KB)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable (JPEG/PDF, less than 200 KB)
Payment Modes
Application fee can be paid through:
- Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa)
- Debit Card (MasterCard / Visa / RuPay)
- Net Banking
- UPI
Before Final Submission
- Upload only scanned copies of original documents.
- Review the application carefully using the Form Preview option.
- Save or print a copy of the submitted application for future reference.
- If using a cyber café or third-party service, verify that all information and uploaded documents are correct before final submission.
Cancellation of Admission & Refund Policy
Applicants can cancel their application directly through their login dashboard.
Please do not send cancellation requests through Email or iGRAM.
Important: Cancellation is irreversible. Once cancelled, the application cannot be restored.
Refund Rules
- Registration Fee is non-refundable.
- Full programme fee (excluding Registration Fee, wherever applicable) is refundable before admission confirmation.
- After admission confirmation, 15% of the programme fee (maximum ₹2,000) will be deducted before refund.
- Students opting for soft copy study material will receive a refund after deduction of the Registration Fee only.
- Students admitted under fee exemption who have paid only Registration Fee and Development Fee will receive a refund of the Development Fee only.
- No refund will be processed after 60 days from the closing date of admissions.
